Botlr: state-of-the-art bottle labelling machine
Botlr: the revolutionary bottle labelling machine
From juices to sports nutrition From beers to wines to spirits. From jam jars and tins to cosmetics and pharmaceutical products… These are just a few of the round objects you can label quickly and efficiently with Botlr, a simple and compact appliance. This patented labelling machine is all about flexibility and can handle any labelling job: various sizes, shapes, materials and runs.
Think big, think Botlr
Any size, shape and material is easy to label with Botlr. Bottles or containers with a diameter of 13-120 mm are possible without any length restrictions. Depending on the size of the product, Botlr can label more than 8,000 bottles per day or around 1,400 per hour. This ensures very smooth production and therefore cost savings.
Bottled technology
With its ingenious and patented technology, Botlr knows perfectly how to position the bottle. Based on a mark or notch, the machine knows exactly where to start labelling. Botlr automatically calculates the bottle diameter and applies the labels exactly 180 degrees opposite or at any other desired location.
The handy labelling machine processes one or more labels with unique shapes, dimensions and specifications (including spacing and thicknesses) on the same label roll. Even transparent labels can be applied effortlessly. Want to switch to a different label job? Botlr switches to other labels or bottle formats in less than 2 minutes.
Ease of use
Hours of setting up machines are a thing of the past. The Botlr labelling machine is unbeatable when it comes to ease of use. Only one button is needed to navigate through the menu and choose all settings. Moreover, you can connect Botlr to different printer brands and models. In no time, you create a print & apply station.
