Coding labels
With coding labels, there are two main elements to consider. First, you need the right adhesive strength for the substrate and environment of the application. Does the sticker need to be removable or permanent? Suitable for textiles? Freezer-resistant? Secondly, you need to think about the desired design for your labels: the colour(s), company logo, lot number, shelf life, etc.
In retail, it is very important that labels cannot be moved from one product to another. For this, Marisan has the perfect solution: the double safety slit that divides the label into three separate sections. Once applied to the product, it cannot be removed and stuck to another product unnoticed.

Fixed and variable printing blocks
With our Printex coding gun, you can do more than with other brands. On top of the well-known number and letter combinations that you can set yourself, you can also use fixed and variable printing blocks. Printex’s Z-series uses rubber printing blocks that allow you to further customise your label. Include your company logo, the name of your product or any other word or symbol you wish to put on the label!
You can include up to 12 words on the fixed printing block band, which you then simply select and apply to your product. With the easily removable variable printing blocks, there’s no limit to the number of places on the rubber band. Just unclip one printing block, insert another one and code away.
